These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Law 1/2011, of 22 March, on the Statute of Consumers and Users of the CV; as well as all applicable tourism regulations and, subsidiarily, the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.
- The WEB rate will only be applicable to bookings made directly from the website. https://www.pensionelcaminante.es/subject to acceptance of the booking conditions.
- Prices are guaranteed at the time of booking for the dates requested. Any change of dates or type of accommodation/bed may vary the rate to be applied, so we recommend checking the current rate at the time of confirming the changes.
- For your own benefit and for the protection of your rights, it is necessary that you read these terms carefully before booking. If you do not understand any of the points, please ask us for more information.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation and stay with us. If a guest is under 18 years of age and arrives at the accommodation, they will not be allowed to stay alone. We reserve the right to ask for photo identification (ID card, passport, etc.) as proof of age and if you do not have one or do not provide this information, we may cancel your booking without refund.
- The client has full capacity to formalise the reservation, stating that he/she understands and understands all the conditions found on the website. Likewise, he/she guarantees that the information provided when making the reservation is true and complete, and that he/she confirms the reservation requested, especially the dates indicated and the number of people.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
- You may not bring potentially dangerous items onto our premises.
- You may not damage or interfere with any property belonging to us. In the event of damage, we may cancel your booking. You must report any damage to our premises immediately. We reserve the right to demand reimbursement of repair, replacement or special cleaning costs if you cause damage to the premises. Upon request, we will send you a breakdown of these costs to the address used for the booking.
- You must not cause any nuisance to other customers or our staff, including, but not limited to, noise nuisance.
- No parties or events may be held in the accommodation, including stag or hen parties. The establishment reserves the unilateral right to cancel bookings received for this purpose.
Children under 2 years old are free of charge. Cots are available as part of the additional services, which must be booked in advance when making the reservation.
Please indicate your desired check-in and check-out date. The check-out date indicated corresponds to the day on which you must leave the room; this night is not included in your stay.

b. If you select more than one night, by clicking on the price you will see a breakdown of the amount for each night.
In the final step, all your booking information and the price including VAT will be displayed.
Once you have completed the last step, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation.
Prices are only valid in writing and for the period indicated. If there are justified reasons, El Caminante C.B. reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice. Prices relating to the booking will be indicated during the booking process.
Yes El Caminante C.B.in spite of acting with due foresight and diligence, is unable to provide the contracted accommodation for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure, and it is impossible to provide the services under the agreed conditions, El Caminante C.B. will offer the customer the possibility to opt for:
a) Full reimbursement of the amount paid.
(b) The replacement by another accommodation of similar quality or category.
If the substitution would imply a lower category or quality, El Caminante C.B. reimburse the difference.
